• Account Information: When you sign up with email or Google, we collect your email address, display name, and profile photo (if provided).
• Routine Data: The routines you create, including names, targets, units, and daily progress entries.
• Goal and Progress Data: Your tracked goals, completion history, and performance metrics over time.
• Notification Preferences: Your reminder schedules, preferred notification times, and motivational quote settings.
• Device Information: Push notification subscription data (endpoint and keys) if you opt in to notifications.
• Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized usage data to help us improve app performance and user experience.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve Goalnix Routine:

• To enable routine tracking and progress visualization.
• To send routine reminders and daily motivational quotes at your requested times.
• To sync your data across devices when you are signed in.
• To analyze app performance and fix issues (using anonymized analytics).
• To respond to your support requests or account inquiries.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in our backend database with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We implement Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure your data is only accessible to you (and to authorized system processes). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Notifications

Notification permissions are entirely optional. If you choose to enable notifications, we will only use them to send:

• Routine reminders at the times you configure.
• Daily motivational quotes at 8:00 AM (if enabled).

You can disable notifications at any time from the Notification Center in the app or through your device settings.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide Goalnix Routine:

• Google Sign-In: For authentication. Google's privacy policy applies to the data processed during sign-in.
• Push Notification Services: Your device's operating system or browser handles notification delivery.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access and Update: You can view and edit your routines, goals, and profile information at any time within the app.
• Profile Photo: You can update or remove your profile photo from your Profile page.
• Data Portability: You can export your routine data (e.g., as a PDF report) from the Reports section.
• Consent Withdrawal: You can disable notifications and opt out of analytics collection at any time.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. Upon confirmation, we will permanently delete your account, routines, goals, progress history, and notification preferences from our systems within a reasonable time period, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

Goalnix Routine is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Analytics

We may collect anonymized analytics data (such as app crash reports and aggregated usage patterns) to improve performance and user experience. This data does not identify you personally and is used solely for internal product improvement.
