By accessing or using Goalnix Routine ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Goalnix Routine is a daily routine and habit tracking application that allows users to create routines, log daily progress, set goals, and receive reminders and motivational content. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You may sign in using email and password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Goalnix Routine and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the service. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goalnix Routine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
